A reactionary sketch that I drew in about 50 minutes on the train this evening. Let's just say that I saw a photograph recently with vague implications toward the subject of Eve and none of the sensitivity I feel that she deserves. I just felt the need to show a bit of my understanding of her.
I really love the look you've given her, the curly hair, slightly enlongated face, not to mention the expression given over so clearly by her eyes and hands. The look of her figure is also very nice, very natural.
I think of Eve as being more of an earthy mother figure who is torn between her choices. It's difficult to show that if one gets caught up in trying to portray her as someone devestatingly beautiful. Can't she be beautiful simply for who she is?

We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
