Very nice! I love the lace and the way her hair isn't gravity-bound. The textures add a lot to it too.

I have a habit of drawing floating hair in my sketchbook, regardless of whether the subject is submerged in water or not. I like the sense of weightlessness and excessive prettiness it creates in a lot of instances.
